Steel Oak Fence is based in Warner Springs, CA. We're fencing in the San Diego Backcountry and beyond with our unique ranch fencing and structures. ​We're a local, family owned business, headed by Elmo Ostrander. Elmo is a Warner Springs native. He has extensive knowledge in the fencing you need. Elmo is a 5th generation cattle rancher and has spent decades in the construction trades covering carpentry, welding, and more.
